Refund policy

At Echoes of Time, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Final sale or clearance items (marked “non-returnable”).
- Watches or cameras that have been personalized, engraved, or modified.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a return.

- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
